Identity & Access
When you sign up for one of our products, we collect identifying information such as your name, email address, and phone number. This information is essential to provide product functionality, communicate updates, and send other necessary information about our Services.
Billing Information
If you sign up for a paid plan, you will be required to provide payment details and a billing address. Payment information is submitted directly to our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
Product Interactions
We store content that you upload, receive, or maintain in your account. This content is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will become inaccessible immediately. It will be permanently purged from our active systems within 7 days and from all backups within 90 days.
Website Interactions
We collect data about your browsing activity on our website for analytics and product improvement. This includes browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, load times, and referring websites. If you are logged into your account, this data may be tied to your user account until your account is no longer active.
Anti-Bot Assessments
We use third-party CAPTCHA services to mitigate spam and prevent brute-force login attempts.
Cookies
We use persistent first-party cookies and third-party cookies to store preferences, support analytics, and improve usability. Cookies may collect data such as browser type, operating system, pages visited, and click-stream data. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser, but certain functionalities of our Services may not work if cookies are disabled.
When We Access or Share Your Information
We only access or share your data in the following circumstances:

How We Secure Your Data

Use of Google Workspace APIs
UnityFlow AI Limited does not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models.
UnityFlow AI Limited may integrate with Google Workspace APIs (such as Google Drive or Google Docs) to enable specific user-requested functionalities, such as importing, exporting, or managing documents through our Services. We strictly limit our use of these APIs to only the operations necessary to deliver the requested features to you.
Importantly, UnityFlow AI Limited does not use any data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. All data accessed via Google Workspace APIs is handled in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is used only to provide the specific Service functionality you authorize and is not transferred or shared outside of your account operations unless explicitly permitted by you.
