When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to UnityFlow AI Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

When we say “Services”, we mean any product created and maintained by UnityFlow AI Limited, including but not limited to Thunderscribe, whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format.

When we say “You” or “your”, we are referring to the individuals or organizations that own an account with one or more of our Services.

We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Any significant changes will be reflected by refreshing the date at the top of this page, and appropriate steps will be taken to notify account holders.

When you use our Services, now or in the future, you agree to the latest Terms of Service. This applies to all existing and future products and features that we add to our Services over time. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These terms include a limitation of liability clause.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. UnityFlow AI Limited is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to secure your account.
  2. You must not use the Services for any unlawful, unethical, or immoral purposes.
  3. You are responsible for all content posted and activity under your account, including content posted by others who have access to your account credentials or sub-accounts linked to your account.
  4. Accounts registered by automated methods (“bots”) are not permitted.
  5. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. For paid Services offering a free trial, the trial length will be specified during sign-up. Once the trial ends, payment is required to continue using the Services.
  2. Upon upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan, your payment method will be charged immediately, and your billing cycle will begin from the date of the upgrade.
  3. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties. Where applicable, we will collect and remit taxes to the relevant authorities. You are responsible for any additional taxes, levies, or duties not collected by us.
  4. All purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise (e.g., account deletion cancels subscriptions immediately).

Liability

  1. UnityFlow AI Limited is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
    • Use or inability to use the Services.
    • Costs of procuring substitute goods or services.
    • Unauthorized access to your data.
    • Actions or statements of third parties on the Services.
    • Other issues related to these Terms or the Services.
  2. This limitation of liability applies to all legal claims, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
